First of all, if someone wants to go to see a new county, he has to know its traditions and maxims at least a little bit otherwise it might be a challenge to stay there. Americans sometimes like to see some European countries like the United Kingdom, France or Norway. They have a few reasons to visit these places and one of them concerns etiquette and behavior. Their ancestors had rich European culture that they brought along with then to America but unfortunately some of its aspects had been forgotten. Probably today Americans try to fill in the blanks in their culture. Another reason of spending holidays far away from America is the fact that Americans want to broaden their minds. And one more reason might be as follows: people just want to forget the everyday routine and inspire themselves with new sightseeing and impressions. When a person on his holiday, he forgets about his troubles, enjoys his time and has a chance to think over his life all in all. In winter, probably one can choose the sunny beaches of Spain or picturesque places in Italy. People who are living in the northern part of the country suffer from cold and windy days and the warm sunshine of the south help them overcome depression and charge them with new energy. On the contrary, my friends who are living in California love frosty weather and prefer to have holidays in Canada or in Russia. Finally, whether Americans spend holidays walking in national parks, visiting a large city, seeing a different place, or simply stay home usually depends on how many times they have done it before and how much money and time they have. Of course, much depends on what kind of person American is and what interests he follows… . Everything will be all right if a man wants to do anything eagerly. Well, bear it in mind and develop a plan of good relaxation.
